PlaneDen Aircraft Structures provides structural engineering support for repairs and modifications to airplanes and helicopters. From initial design to FAA approval we can assist on all of your projects. We can help you with drawings, classical analysis methods, FEA/FEM using NASTRAN, and Damage Tolerance Analysis. All can be FAA-DER 8110-3 approved by one of our associated DERs or submitted to an ODA or DER of your choice. Previous work has been approved by DER, ODA, DAS, NASA, military, and foreign certification authorities. We support Field Approvals (Major Alterations/Repairs), PMA, STC, and TC programs for Part 23, 25, 26, 27, and 29 aircraft and helicopters.

PlaneDen Aircraft Structures was founded in 2017 by Dennis Jones. Dennis has decades of experience doing contract engineering support through AEROEDESIGN Aircraft Engineering, Inc. with Rocky Howard. He gained the experience of working on projects of all sizes with all types of aircraft. He learned not only engineering, but quality customer support. He prides himself in his open and honest communication, meeting schedules, and working with the customer to find designs that will both meet the structural requirements and be easy to manufacture.
